Family, I’m asking for a real prayer today.

My son is stepping into a new chapter of his life, taking a job as an electrician in California. This is his first time going to the West Coast, and as proud as I am, I’m also asking God to cover him, protect him, guide him, and open every door that is meant for him.

If you know me, if I’ve ever motivated you, inspired you, helped you get some money, helped you think bigger, or poured into you in any way — I’m asking you from my heart to please say a prayer for my son.

Pray for his safety.
Pray for his mind.
Pray for his growth.
Pray that God surrounds him with the right people and keeps him away from anything not meant for him.

As a father, there’s no greater feeling than watching your child become a man and chase opportunity. I’m proud of him beyond words.

California, my son is on the way. God, please cover him every step of the journey.

🚨🚨 Breaking News 🚨🚨

I’m proud to announce that I signed my first high school NIL student-athlete : Edgar Hubbard, Class of 2027,

But let me be very clear: the main reason I’m proud to stand with this young man is his 4.2 overall GPA.

The sports are impressive, but they are secondary.
Edgar is one of the top 11th-grade athletes in the nation and a three-sport athlete, but what separates him is that he is a student first.

He takes college courses twice a week, carries himself with respect, has a great attitude, and understands that education is the foundation for everything else.

He is also a God-fearing young man with a strong family base behind him. You can tell he has been raised with values, discipline, respect, and purpose. That matters to me just as much as any highlight, ranking, or trophy.

He plays summer league basketball for 1on1 , LaMelo Ball’s AAU program, and the season has already started strong with Edgar being named Player of the Tournament at the Puma Classic.

But the GPA, the faith, the family, the discipline, the respect, and the character — that’s what made me believe in him.

This is the type of NIL I want to represent: young people who are excellent in the classroom, grounded in faith, humble in life, and dangerous in competition.

Congratulations, Edgar. Keep leading with your mind and your character first. The game will follow.

LOOK AT GOD. 🙏🏾🏈

This picture isn't just a photo — it's prophecy in motion.

Myles was 8 years old here, but I saw it when he was 5. I saw the fire. I saw the focus. I saw how he moved like football wasn’t just something he played — it was something God put in him.

And now that same little boy has grown into Myles “Ghost” Rowser — Detroit made, Belleville built, Arizona State tested, and now NFL Draft ready.

This is what happens when talent meets discipline. This is what happens when a family keeps believing. This is what happens when a kid doesn’t let the dream die.

From running around on the grass at 8 years old… to putting his name in the NFL Draft.

I believed it before it was popular. I believed it before the scouts. I believed it before the world caught up.

Myles, this is only the beginning. Go shock the world and make Detroit proud.

Black History Month is personal for me. Paul Robeson is my 7th cousin, and learning his story reminds me that excellence is in our bloodline.

Robeson didn’t choose one lane—he mastered multiple. He showed the world what it looks like when a Black man refuses to be boxed in: intellect, talent, discipline, and purpose—all at once.

When I look at my own journey—coming from nothing, building Believe 313 Staffing, creating opportunity for thousands, and turning survival into structure—I see the same DNA: work ethic, courage, and a standard that doesn’t bend.

This isn’t just history. This is family legacy.
And legacy doesn’t retire—it evolves.
