Recently, our business has been confronting a deliberate and unjust campaign by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, which we believe is targeting our company with baseless accusations and manipulative tactics to undermine our operations.
Last month, the FBI subjected our CEO to an aggressive and unprofessional interrogation, hurling slanderous accusations at our company. We told the FBI unequivocally: we do NOT have any association with the North Korean or the Iraqi governments, we are NOT criminals, and we will NOT tolerate such defamation from an organization with a documented history of overreach and abuses of power globally. Our CEO felt deeply vulnerable during this interrogation, as FBI agents rushed to begin questioning before his lawyer (who was an hour away) could arrive, a move we view as calculated and unethical. We are horrified that federal "professionals" would engage in such underhanded tactics, and we see this as a clear attempt to intimidate and destabilize TSL Network.
Now, we face another outrageous injustice: Elvis Rizvic, our valued manager at our Boise, Idaho branch, has been arrested and is currently detained at the Ada County Jail, with no clear charges disclosed by authorities. Elvis, a steadfast leader who never misses our Wednesday business meetings, uncharacteristically failed to answer our calls last week. After days of relentless efforts, reaching out to hospitals, friends, and local authorities, we learned from an Ada County Jail representative that Elvis had been detained, yet no reasons for his arrest were provided. This lack of transparency is deeply troubling, especially given Elvis’s prior conviction in 2019 for being an alleged accomplice to armed robbery, for which he served three years and was released. We believe the FBI is exploiting Elvis’s past as a convenient tactic to unjustly detain him, part of a broader effort to target our employees and disrupt our company.
Let us be clear: Elvis Rizvic is an innocent man in this matter, a dedicated tech professional, and a cornerstone of the TSL Network family. We believe he is being wrongfully targeted by a system that manipulates and punishes without cause, profiting off the incarceration of individuals who pose no threat to society. The prison system’s history of excessive parole lengths and harsh treatment of non-violent offenders, or those wrongfully accused, must end. It’s a corrupt cycle that traps people like Elvis, who have worked tirelessly to rebuild their lives, only to be ensnared by vague accusations and opaque processes designed to silence and intimidate.
TSL Network will not stand for this. We are fully committed to fighting for Elvis’s freedom, providing financial support, advocating for transparency, and amplifying his voice to secure a swift release. We refuse to let the FBI’s slanderous tactics or an abusive system tarnish the reputation of a man who has served his time and proven his value to our company. To Elvis, we say: You are not alone. Your TSL Network family stands with you, fighting relentlessly against this injustice.
We demand accountability, transparency, and an end to the FBI’s targeted harassment of TSL Network and our employees. The system must stop exploiting past convictions as a pretext to perpetuate cycles of oppression. Join us in standing against this abuse of power and for a future where justice prevails over manipulation.
