Job Title: Embroidery Technician
Location: [DICKINSON TX ]Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Avg 30 hrs per weeks sometime more will be required.
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining embroidery machines, ensuring high-quality production, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate commercial embroidery machines to produce designs on garments and other materials
Read and interpret embroidery files, patterns, and job specifications
Set up machines, including threading, hooping, and loading designs
Perform routine maintenance on equipment
Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency
Manage workflow to meet production schedules and deadlines
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Communicate with team members regarding job status and issues
Qualifications:
Previous experience in embroidery or textile production preferred
Familiarity with embroidery software and digitizing is a plus
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management and organizational skills
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to [e.g., 25–50 lbs]
Manual dexterity for handling fabrics and machine components
