THE FCSE REPUTATION

At the ISA sign show in Orlando, we were given the chance to “speed date” with several national sign manufacturers. Thirteen 3-minute sessions; what a day! Conversations centered around upcoming work, performance in the office and in the field, and general industry trends. At almost every table, our customers stood to greet us with smiles and hugs- nothing dry, nothing impersonal! We were asked about our staff by name.

Why are we greeted with such warmth? Why are the nationals excited to see us? REPUTATION!

Our reputation precedes us. It is why we are asked to travel across the US. From nationals, we are requested by the project managers, unit managers, and by owners. We are requested by GCs and electricians. We are requested by franchisees, stores owners, and by corporate offices. We are respected in rooms in which we have never sat. We have impressed and have built something in which we can all be PROUD.

For what are we known?
HARD WORK. Our beautiful red fleet. Resolving problems in the field. Respectful communication. Leaving sites better than we found them. Reporting potential hazards. Communication, communication, communication. Good paperwork. Serious installers who handle the tough and complex projects. Capability to handle large volume of work.

I am grateful to benefit, as a part of this whole, from this reputation that has been building over 20 years!
