Your website is being interviewed every day.

The only problem? Nobody tells you the questions.

“What exactly do they do?”

“Is this for someone like me?”

“Can I trust this business?”

“What am I supposed to do next?”

Visitors are making those judgments quietly—and often very quickly.

A beautiful website can still lose someone if they have to work too hard to understand the business behind it.

So, here’s a useful test:

If someone landed on your homepage today knowing nothing about your company, what question would your website answer first?

Apparently, Flynt's been watching how businesses operate. 🪰 His first question: "Why are you still doing that manually?"

Fair question. Slightly annoying delivery. 😂 But when the same small task keeps stealing time every week, maybe the fly has a point.

What repetitive task would you happily never do manually again?

Being busy and moving the business forward aren't always the same thing.

You can spend an entire day answering messages, updating information, and moving tasks around... and still wonder what you actually got done.

Some work needs your judgment and experience. Some work just needs to happen reliably.

Knowing the difference can give you back more of your day than you'd expect.

What's something only you should be spending your time on?

Which one of these steals time you should be spending somewhere else?

Follow-ups.

Scheduling.

Lead management.

Admin.

Every business has that one category that somehow keeps expanding until it owns half the day.

Pick yours from the graphic—but I’m more curious about the reason:

What makes that task so time-consuming in your business?

Flynt wasn't invited to the meeting, but somehow he already has feedback. 🪰😂

His specialty is finding the tiny problems that don't seem serious until they happen 20 times a week. A few minutes here, a missed follow-up there — it adds up.

What small task takes way more of your time than it should?

You know a task has become a problem when you could practically do it with your eyes closed.

Copy the message. Change the name. Send it.

Then do it again.

And again.

One response might only take two minutes—but multiply that across every inquiry, reminder, follow-up, and customer, and suddenly “just two minutes” has a part-time job.

The question isn’t whether you can keep doing it manually.

It’s whether you should.

What’s one message you find yourself typing over and over in your business?

Every business has that one process everyone knows is messy — but it somehow survives another week. Flynt loves those. 🪰

He's here for the forgotten follow-ups, the sticky-note systems, the problems hiding in plain sight.

What's your business version of "we really need to fix that"? 👀

Five minutes replying here. Ten minutes updating something there. A few more minutes scheduling or tracking something down.

None of it feels like much in the moment.

But if you added up every repetitive task from last week, would you actually want to know the number?

What's your biggest "it only takes five minutes" task?

Great customer service can start before the service does.

How quickly and clearly you respond to a new inquiry shapes the customer's first impression — often before they've experienced anything else about your business. The right systems help people feel acknowledged without requiring your team to drop everything.

What do you think is a reasonable response time for a new inquiry?
