All custom signs are made to order, and cannot be returned. If an item is damaged in shipping, a claim must be made with the post office, and the item will

be replaced by us. For any non custom signs, there will be a 10% restocking fee for materials and shipping charges, and the customer is expected to pay for return shipping.
