I just saw THIS.. and I’m not gonna lie.. it got me emotional..

I’m looking at my phone with a lump in my throat..

Paul Meyers -AI Architect for Contractors welcoming a new member into our community.. calling it the “best damn group online”..

And then calling me his mentor.. teacher.. and FRIEND..

That last word is the one that got me..

FRIEND..

Because here’s what nobody tells you about building a community..

It stops being a business at some point..

It becomes a FAMILY..

People from Germany.. Dubai.. India.. Malaysia.. Australia.. Canada.. the USA.. South Africa.. showing up every single Wednesday.. helping each other WIN..

Welcoming strangers like they’ve known them for years..

Welcome to the family Igshaan Soules.. you have NO idea what you just walked into..

And Paul.. brother.. thank you..

You’ve been in this game longer than most.. you’ve seen it all.. and you STILL show up every week ready to learn AND to lift others up..

THIS is why I love what I do..

Not the stages.. not the speaking gigs.. not the numbers..

THIS..

Messages like this from people whose businesses are actually CHANGING..

I get to do what I LOVE.. and build real relationships while doing it..

How blessed is that..

To anyone building something right now.. wondering if it’s worth it..

Keep showing up.. serve people properly.. and the rest takes care of itself..

PRAY HARD.. WORK SMART.. and TAKE ACTION!

Remember: IMPERFECT ACTION is ALWAYS better than PERFECT INACTION..

If you employ people, here is the part of the "AI replacing jobs" conversation that never gets said out loud.

AI does not do 100% of the work. It does about 80%.

The other 20% is human, split across both ends:

- 10% at the front, instructing it properly
- 10% at the back, judging what it produced

I call it 10/80/10, and it is the same shape in every system I have built.

Think about how you already run your team. You brief someone, they do the work, somebody reviews it before it ships. Nobody argues with that. It does not stop being true because the worker is software.

So AI replacing jobs is not really what is happening. The jobs move to the two ends. Someone has to own the instruction and someone has to own the judgement, and most businesses have not hired for either yet.

What jobs will AI not replace? The ones standing at either end of its output.

The ones struggling with AI bought the 80% and staffed neither end.

I've been using AI tools since 2018 and I spent a year as Head AI Faculty for John Assaraf's Mastermind.

If you run a business and you have been waiting for the right time to learn AI, that excuse just died.

Claude Academy is free. 357 resources.

What is inside Claude Academy?

- 22 courses
- 119 tutorials
- 148 use cases
- 68 webinars

The 148 use cases are the real asset, and almost nobody talks about them. They are titled after the job rather than the feature. Analyze campaign performance. Build an ask-the-company agent. Competitive teardown and positioning gaps. Prep for sales deals. Turn research into presentations.

You are not learning a tool. You are copying a finished workflow.

Where should you start?

Claude Code 101, then jump into the use cases. Do not try to consume the library. Pick the one task you currently do worst and start there.

Now the part nobody wants to hear. This will not make you a millionaire. Nothing will. Everybody loves the idea of making money. Nobody loves the work. Easy money does not exist and it never did.

What Claude did was make it easy for the people who are willing to do the work. That is a different promise, and it is the only honest one.

So the excuse is gone. Most of you still will not open it.

Comment million and I’ll send you the link.

If you own a business, here is a two minute audit. List your departments, then mark which ones have AI agents.

Most owners find one. Usually marketing.

Finance, HR, ops and support are still running exactly the way they ran three years ago.

It is rarely a budget decision. Owners automate the department they personally work in, and never touch the ones they don't sit in.

What AI agents can do outside marketing:

- Finance: reconcile and flag exceptions
- HR: screen and schedule
- Ops: chase and report
- Support: triage before a human opens the ticket

Count your blanks. Four or five is normal, and each one is a process running at old cost inside a current business.

I've been using AI tools since 2018 and I've run AI workshops in person across the US, South Africa and Dubai.

I bought 8 AI agent tools this year. Every one was either buggy or too technical to actually run in a business.

Grok Bot is the first one I have kept.

The difference is not the model. It is the structure.

A chatbot is one assistant in one window waiting for you. You are the one moving work between tabs.

Grok Bot is a team of AI agents that talk to each other. Mine has a chief operating officer called Zidane. I give him the instruction, he passes it to the other agents, and they run it between them.

It runs in the cloud, so it keeps working with my laptop shut. That is the real test. If it stops when you close the lid, it was never an agent.

For the record, what I tried first: Hermes, OpenClaw, Lindy AI, Manus, Perplexity, GenSpark, Claude Code and Codex. Every one was buggy or needed a developer.

There is a 7 day free trial and the starting price just dropped to $60 a month.

Comment Grok Bot and I'll send you the link.

If you run a business and you're still hunting for the perfect prompt, you're behind. AI orchestration is the skill now.

I got asked on The Cave podcast whether AI actually makes business owners money, or whether it just makes them look productive. Fair question, and the honest answer is that most people are still doing the old job.

For two years everyone worked on prompting. Then the tools got good enough to prompt themselves, better than we can.

So the job moved. We are not writing the instructions anymore. We are conducting.

What AI orchestration looks like in practice:

- Memory, so it knows your business
- Skills, the way you'd onboard a new hire with an SOP
- Tool access, because an agent with no logins does nothing
- Human judgement on the output

That last one is the one people skip. It is also the one that decides whether AI shows up in your numbers or just in your calendar.

I've been using AI tools since 2018, and my work has been featured in Business Insider and Yahoo Finance.

Founder: everyone has AI. Nobody has a system.

If every tool still needs you in the middle, you do not have a system. You have a pile.

A chatbot answers. An agent finishes. A company brain remembers.

Stewart Miller said the goal plainly:
"The product has got to a level now where our AIs are actually working with each other, and that's what our goal was."

He used to face between 80 and 160 emails unread. Now he wakes to a dashboard with maybe 4 top priorities.

If you're a business owner, you still believe AI is something you prompt and wait for. AI agents working together just made that belief obsolete.

Here is what was on my own screen.

I gave Claude Code a task and let it run. Mid task, a message arrived from another agent. It was a refusal.

Stopping to flag rather than guess. Its dispatch was dead, its output was gone, it had written no files since, and it would not write another one until it was told which frame was its own.

The second agent replied: "A teammate flagged a real problem, let me verify and resolve it." It verified, agreed the diagnosis was correct on every point, agreed the refusal was right, then fixed the root cause itself.

I was never in that conversation.

Can AI agents talk to each other now? Yes. AI agents working together is agent to agent communication, and it is the difference between a tool and a worker.

The honest part: AI agents working together is not a switch you flip. It needs separate agents with separate jobs, a boundary of what each one owns, a channel between them, and permission to stop instead of guess. Without that you have one model being wrong faster.

A chatbot fills the gap when it does not know. A worker stops and says so. That is what AI agents working together actually changes.

If you're a business owner using Claude Code, you are probably running one session at a time and calling that multitasking. Two features just changed that.

Number one: Claude Code multiple sessions can now sit side by side in one window. You grab a session from the left sidebar, drag it onto the right, and the window splits. Do it again and you have a four pane grid.

Number two: your sessions can now message each other. Instead of re-explaining yourself in a second session, you tell Claude to do it. It sends a summary and the other session picks up mid task.

Can Claude Code sessions talk to each other now? Yes. That is the bigger of the two.

The honest part: the drag is easy. Running Claude Code multiple sessions at once only pays off if you have four jobs worth running and a system underneath that already knows your standards. Claude Code multiple sessions remove the re-explaining. They do not decide what should be running.

If you're a business owner still paying for video editing on every single clip, read this.

I recorded my weekly group call and gave Claude Code one simple prompt. It sent out 18 agents, mined the call, and came back with a verified shortlist of clips. Then it edited the video itself: cuts, captions, B-roll cards.

The honest part: this is not an out-of-the-box trick. The system gets built and trained first, with my editing rules and my brand installed as skills it draws on. The prompt is simple because the system underneath is not.

Your editor doesn't disappear. The grunt work does. AI does 80 percent, your people polish the 20 that matters.
