When a property is sold at a county auction, there can sometimes be money remaining after taxes, mortgages, liens, and other debts are paid. That money may legally belong to the former property owner or their heirs.

It's an interesting and often overlooked area of real estate investing.

I'm excited to be learning more about this strategy and sharing it with my real estate investing community.
