There are some people you meet who leave a lasting impact long after the cameras stop rolling. Dr. Taryn Marie is one of those people.

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to spend time with her, learn from her and hear her perspective. Her compassion, wisdom and commitment to making a difference are truly inspiring.

I’ve always said I’m not really in the film business. I’m in the people business. I’m in the storytelling business. I’m in the business of creating connections and giving people a platform to share the moments and experiences that can move others. That’s what makes this work so meaningful to me.

Thank you, Dr. Taryn Marie, for the inspiration, the connection and for everything you do. 🙏

Every story has a moment that changes everything.
Here’s a small glimpse into a documentary we’re working on.

The camera was never the destination. It has always been the bridge.

A bridge to people feeling seen, heard, and important. A bridge to stories that remind us we’re all carrying something, fighting for something, becoming something.

There was a time in my life when I had nothing but a vision that felt delusional to everyone around me and that same “delusional” belief became the foundation for everything we’re building today.

Now I travel the country capturing human stories, curating emotion, building relationships and reminding people what’s possible when they refuse to give up on themselves.

The desert teaches you something powerful. Growth happens in silence before the world ever sees it.

From the streets of Detroit to the heart of the Alamo, this journey has been a reminder that where you start does not define where you can go. Every city, every shoot, every mile on the road has carried its own lesson and each one has pushed me to grow not just as a filmmaker but as a person. There is something powerful about chasing stories across different places and realizing that persistence, curiosity and consistency can take you further than talent alone ever will.

If there is anything I hope this journey reflects, it is that momentum is built one decision at a time. Keep showing up, keep creating and keep trusting the process even when the path feels uncertain. The journey eventually becomes the proof.

Being a father has been one of the most significant experiences I have had so far. Although I wasn’t that good at it the first half, I am so grateful for where we are now.

This trip to Georgia with my Tizi meant more than I can really put into words. With so many big changes happening in her life, we had the space to slow down, talk through some heavy things and really listen to each other.

Not every conversation was easy, but every moment was real.

Somewhere between those talks, the signing, the laughs and just being side by side, it hit me… no matter how much she grows, she will always be my little girl.

What is changing is our relationship. It is evolving into something deeper, built on trust, honesty and connection in a new way as she gets older. And I don’t take that for granted.

I’m just really grateful for this time with her. These are the moments that remind me what truly matters.
