We live in a world that keeps us in our heads. Scrolling, analyzing, worrying, planning. And when the noise gets too loud we’re told to seek help outside ourselves. Sometimes that’s needed. But so often what we actually need is to stop. Breathe. Let the conscious mind rest long enough for the subconscious to speak.

The soul has answers the mind can’t access.

Meditation isn’t mystical. It’s the practice of getting out of your own way. Five minutes on a mat in your front yard counts. It all counts.

From Montreal, La to India… to womens empowerment retreats in Thailand and ATX, I’m cleaning out my closet and camera roll thinking:
