FACEBOOK ADS can be a REAL Lemony Snicket!
Do you think they're earning their karma for letting bots make censorship decisions?
If so, or if not, their ads have been getting harder and harder to manage.
I've been doing this for years. In the beginning only one bank (that I knew of) required a pre-authorization for charges from Facebook. Now it's four of MY accounts that require it. Folks, I don't have a whole lot of accounts!
And as your cards decline (when the money is there) for "your safety" Facebook expresses its concern and begins to ask for more verification on their end.
It can be a true circle of unfortunate events and I haven't even started on what happens if you let them handle who sees your ad.
Long story long, if you have a trusted professional it is WELL WORTH IT to have them manage your campaign.
It'll have to be watched like a hawk. You'll want regular updates on how it's doing. You'll want your own payment methods safe from accidental fraud triggers.
