If you run a restoration or remediation company and you've ever:

— Realized you haven't talked to your top industrial hygenist in months
— Wondered why an adjuster who used to send you jobs went quiet
— Tried to keep a partner list "warm" in a spreadsheet and watched it fall apart by month two
..there's a conversation worth having.

Not a pitch. A conversation. Founder to founder.

No agency BS. One restoration company per service area. Reply or DM if it sounds like your problem.

Postdusk works with one restoration company per service area. That's a rule, not a marketing line.

If I'm building plumber and adjuster relationships in Scottsdale for you, I can't build them for the company across town. They're the same partners. Their relationship with you would be undermined by their relationship with someone else I represent.

So we lock in one company per metro and protect that line.

Practical effect: if Scottsdale fills, the next Scottsdale restoration owner has to wait.

What clients see in their month-end report:

— Total touches sent (SMS + email), by partner type
— Partners who sent a new referral this month
— Partners cooling (warmth score declining)
— Coffee meets booked vs. completed
— At-risk alerts triggered and resolved

Not vanity numbers. Operational ones. The kind that tell you whether the relationship layer of your business is actually working — or just looks like it is.

The newsletter you send to "all your contacts" every month?

The one with the company update and the team birthday and the "check out our latest project"?

Your plumbers don't read it.

They want a text that says "hey, saw a truck like yours on Bell Rd, thought of you, hope all is good."

That's the touch that gets the next referral. Not the newsletter.

The single most important workflow we build for clients:

The at-risk alert.

It tracks every partner's last referral date. The moment the gap stretches beyond their normal pattern, for one plumber that's 30 days, for another it's 90; it pings the owner.

Not in a dashboard nobody opens. As a direct message: "Mike at Anchor Plumbing hasn't sent a job in 60 days. Want a draft text?"

Most cold partners aren't cold because they're mad. They're cold because nobody noticed they were drifting.

This workflow catches it.

The adjuster doesn't want a text.
The plumber doesn't want an email.

The adjuster wants a short, professional email she can read between claims — something like "thinking of you, hope Q2 is going well."

The plumber wants a text. Short. Maybe a photo. Maybe a quick question about a job he sent you last month.

Treat them the same and you lose both.

This is the part where "monthly newsletter to all partners" goes to die.

"Warming existing partners", what that actually means at Postdusk:

We import the roster of plumbers, adjusters, GCs, and property managers you already work with.

Then every single month, every single one of them gets a touch. A short SMS to the field guys. A gentler email to the office side. Personalized. From you, not us.

Every partner gets a warmth score based on how long it's been since they sent you a job. If they start cooling, you get an alert before they go silent.

100% roster coverage. Every month. Nobody falls through the spreadsheet.

"Sourcing new partners" gets thrown around. Here's what it actually means at Postdusk:

We find the plumbers, adjusters, and GCs in your service area you don't already know.

We reach out in your name, not blasts, specific reasons we'd be a good fit for what they do.

We book 3–5 coffee or lunch meetings on your calendar in a month.

You show up. You build the relationship. You don't have to write a single email.

Then those new partners drop into the warming engine so the relationship doesn't fade three months later.

What a "cold partner" actually looks like:

— Used to send you a job every 4–6 weeks
— Then slowed to every 8 weeks
— Then 12
— Then you realize you haven't heard from him since April

Nobody told you the relationship ended. There's no breakup. He just started sending jobs to someone else because they showed up first.

This is what you lose when you don't have a system catching the slow fade before it becomes a full goodbye.

What the first 30 days with Postdusk actually looks like:
Week 1: Roster import. Every plumber, adjuster, GC, and property manager you currently work with goes into the system. Last referral date, preferred contact, the works.

Week 2: Voice calibration. We learn how you actually talk — so the monthly texts and emails sound like you, not us.

Week 3: First wave of touches goes out. Finding new partners. SMS to your current field partners, email to your office partners.

Week 4: At-risk alerts go live. You start finding out which partners are quietly cooling before they go fully cold. You start hearing back from new potential partners.

Month two: the coffee meets with new partners start landing on your calendar.
