I actually just just posted this really long video on rancking it did way better than anything I've done in a year. And that was a new and I maybe I Got a little Lucky.”

So Pretty much try new things and experiment with your content. You should always be going out there and experimenting with new formats of content, new styles of editing, new topics that you're creating your content about somenthing different, but be attention to not do somenthing away from your ninche!

Try to understand who your audience is and what they really want to see.

Yesterday I couldn’t done almost 70% what I should have to do. All Zuckerberg’s sites was down.

Was a Monday to slow down the production. It was weird and also triggered my anxiety too. But I tried to be calm, to breathe and think what I could do in this middle time.

I took a bath and drunk some cold brew coffee … The caffeine was not the best choice for an anxiety attack, but it was delicious.

So I stopped everything I was doing and decided to watch Brooklin 99. Took a melatonin gummie and felt sleepy before 10pm.

Today I woke up refreshed! Ready to do everything that was too difficult yesterday. And I realize something too.

Even the Zuckerberg’s sites was needing to stopped why I couldn’t stop too. Sometimes we just need to calm, breathe and let the life guide us.

Was a good day OFF

Before your follower buys from you, they will go through for a thing we a content funnel.

The content funnel is divided into 3 stages: Awareness , Consideration and Conversion

In the first step, your follower is attracted by your content. In the next step, he identifies with you. Finally, in the last step of the funnel, he understands that the best solution is to buy from you.

Socialinsider partnered up with Quuu, a content curation and promotion platform, to look through 649,895 Instagram posts from over 6,700 accounts of different sizes to see what the data tells us about how to use hashtags for better Instagram performance.

Overall, the data, which was taken from August 2018 to June 2019, shows a preference of the majority of brands—with a 93.8% majority—going with hashtags in the caption over the first comment.

The data also reveals how hashtag placement affects small and medium-size Instagram pages’ reach per post:

Profiles with under 5,000 followers: 36.85% average reach rate per post with hashtags in the caption
Profiles with 5,000-10,000 followers: 20.98% average reach rate per post with hashtags in the caption
