Virtualskillset, working out of Boston, Massachusetts, helps businesses with their outsourcing needs. We find qualified employees in countries like Africa to help with web development and a variety of other services that can be done more affordably and virtually. We arrived in the US more than 15 years ago and have been involved with the corporate world ever since our arrival. When owning our own business, one of the many challenges we faced was the hiring cost of efficient local employees. While the government presents a lot of regulations to follow when hiring local employees, businesses can save a lot of money hiring virtual assistance from countries such as Africa. We have been in the skill set placement business for more than two years. Being from Africa ourselves, we want to create opportunities and provide needed technical jobs to good employees in Africa in order to stimulate the economy there while saving American businesses on labor costs.
