Each morning we get out of bed begins a day which will take us closer to the success we want. It should, also, be a step taken towards a healthier lifestyle. Doing good things for your health today will make tomorrow a better day. Many people start their days with a cup of coffee. Me? Never have and never will. I start each morning promoting my cardiovascular and joint health. I help to maintain healthy cholesterol and blood glucose levels. I work to rid my body of chronic inflammation. Did you know chronic inflammation is the root cause of most health-related issues? I take 100% of the recommended daily allowance of essential vitamins. Vitamins which are no longer in the food I eat. I support my immune system. Something very important in today's world. I build and maintain strong bones and teeth. I increase my energy and decrease my stress. It takes me about 30 seconds to do all of this and more. I, also, do it for less than what you paid at the Starbucks drive-thru this morning. The first billionaire in the United States was believed to be John D. Rockefeller. He died over 8 decades ago. But, there is one thing he had in common with the likes of Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, Elon Musk, and Mark Cuban. They were alike in the way they think. That is the one thing which separates successful people from unsuccessful people. They think about the big picture knowing thinking small will keep them small. What defines success for you? You may never become a billionaire. But, that does not mean you will never be successful.. Whatever your success is, commit to it. Commit to do whatever it takes. Success is yours for the taking. In order to succeed each day, you need to be prepared. One of the most important things you can do for this is to get a good night's rest. Typically, adults need at least seven hours of zzz's. Not getting this recommended amount has been linked to health problems including obesity, type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. Eliminating or reducing the risks of these issues will make for an easier path to the successes you desire. So, plan and start a good sleep routine.

MOTIVATION ... one word when broken down is two root words. Motive & Action. Motive is the reason we do or say certain things. Action is the doing of something. Therefore, motivation is the inner drive to do or try something, it is the internal reasons for our actions. Goals are things we want to achieve or accomplish. Behind any goal is a why. Why we want to meet any goal. William Shakespeare once said "strong reasons make strong actions." So, if your goal is strong enough, you will make the actions necessary to reach that goal. What is your goal? What do you want to achieve?

Each of us have the desire to succeed. The only things different are our individual choices of success. It could be personal, it could be business, it could be health, it could be anything. But, in order to succeed, you must first commit. Commit to the goals which will take you down the road and ending at the destination called success. Earl Nightingale was an American radio personality, speaker, and author. He was said "people with goals succeed because they know where they're going." I believe all of us have the right to succeed.
