We are seeking a dependable, motivated Sign Installer/Technician to join our growing team. This position involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial signs, graphics, and related products at customer locations. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

āļøResponsibilities:
ā¢ Install a variety of indoor and outdoor signs, graphics, and displays. Electrical and non-electrical signs.
ā¢ Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
ā¢ Perform site surveys and measurements
ā¢ Troubleshoot and repair existing signage when needed
ā¢ Load, transport, and unload materials and equipment
ā¢ Shop fabrication such as building signs, welding, wiring LEDās, etc.
ā¢ Maintain a clean and safe work environment
ā¢ Communicate professionally with customers and team members

āļø Qualifications:
ā¢ Construction, electrical, signage, or related experience preferred; but not required
ā¢ Comfortable working at heights using ladders, lifts, scaffolding and bucket trucks.
ā¢ Ability to operate aerial buckets, cranes and other heavy equipment.
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
ā¢ Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
ā¢ Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a Class A CDL license, if not already secured. Required to obtain CDL within the first three months of working.
ā¢ Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
