Telegraph Herald’s page is providing the medium of which buyers and sellers can post and look for items. It is required that all postings on TH Classifieds social media must be for $200 or less. Benefits of posting on TH’s page is that a free ad will be placed in the paper and on accessdubuque.com for three days in 10 words or less. A free ad can be placed by using the AdOwl, http://www.thonline.com/site/placeanad/, drop off an ad in the lobby of the Telegraph Herald fishbowl or email an ad to [email protected], with free ad in the subject line. Photos can be added at an additional price for accessdubuque.com and print. It is the users responsibility to follow the steps to put their ad online accessdubuque.com and in print. The maximum of 10 words are accepted for free ads. The Telegraph Herald reserves the right to delete any postings that are $200 or more, deemed inappropriate, suspicious, unethical, or scam related. Spamming is not allowed, content will be removed and user will be blocked from the page. Be courteous. You agree that you will not threaten or abuse other members, use defamatory language, or deliberately disrupt discussions with repetitive messages, meaningless messages or "spam." Use respectful language. Like any community, social media flourishes only when our members feel welcome and safe.
