A tribute to Navy Club Ship No. 67, once a cornerstone of Dubuque’s veteran community. Founded in the late 1940s, the Navy Club served as a gathering place for sailors, Marines, Coast Guardsmen, and Merchant Mariners returning home. Part social hall, part neighborhood landmark, it moved through several Main Street locations and became a beloved hub of camaraderie, stories, and river‑town pride.
This design honors the veterans who built it, the memories made inside it, and the era when Dubuque’s Navy Club stood as a symbol of service and community.
