Since March, people have counted on social media to stay connected.
What does that mean for businesses in the Northland?
Your customers want to stay connected to local businesses, and social media lends a hand when it comes to nurturing relationships. I coach my clients on "keeping the lights on" for their pages to stay in touch with new and current clients.
-->Keep this in mind when creating content for social media:
-Be real.
Tell your story, show us "behind the scenes" and let us see your office dogs!
-Be open and honest.
I recently read a post by a business with someone who tested positive and what the business went through to keep the staff and the public safe. Their transparency was admirable.
-Be mindful of the health, economic, and social unrest crisis's we are currently facing.
We are all in this together -- be thoughtful of others as you create content.
-Be funny.
Lord knows we could all use a good laugh!!!
