Jocassee Embroidery was started by Ed Edwards in January of 1985. From a single, 12 head embroidery machine and a lone employee, the company has steadily grown adding more machines, more people, and more manufacturing space. As the company grew, so did our ability to better serve the customer. In 1989, Jocassee Embroidery added it's first in-house digitizing. We now operate two Gunold ETHOS system
s to digitize original designs, or edit existing ones. In the 1990's, the company also added additional storage space along with heat-seal and die-cut machines to create embroidery appliques on site. Each new embroidery machine has also brought with it expanded capabilities. Jocassee Embroidery can run up to 15 colors on any one design. Drop table machines allow us more flexibility with finished garments. In 1999, we added our first machine dedicated to running finished caps. In 1998, Jocassee Embroidery decided to offer direct sales to corporations and began offering the option of smaller orders. We now offer a full catalog of name-brand items including Adidas, Champion, Jerzees, Fruit of the Loom, Hanes,Devon and Jones, and Yupoong Caps. Recently we've added the ability to have garments screen printed and a full line of non-apparel items to satisfy all of the customer's promotional needs. We look forward to doing business with you!
