Once again, my team showed up!
Ayden handled a very busy week as our only in-house technician, taking on over 20% more workload than normal. He handled repairs, removed infections, stabilized systems, and completed multiple on-site appointments for both homes and businesses....even with snow and ice.
What stood out most wasnโt just the work itself, it was the extra time he always takes to answer questions, explain things, and help people understand their tech so it feels less intimidating. It isnโt required, but it matters.
Katelyn kept the entire operation moving. Scheduling, coordinating on-sites, managing billing details, organizing systems, handling front-desk support, writing thank-you cards, solving problems before they became emergencies, and making sure people felt taken care of when they walked in or called. On top of her normal workload, she put in significant effort creating documentation, preparing systems and materials for new team members, and conducting several interviews for a new admin assistant position, operating well above normal capacity. She also helps keep me focused and moving forward when things get busy. A lot of what she does is invisible, but everything depends on it.
Karylle made massive progress behind the scenes, working on 20+ custom websites, handling updates and fixes, performing preventive maintenance, improving structure and performance, and building the foundation for ongoing maintenance and SEO so things donโt just work today, but stay solid long term. What really makes the difference is the attention to the smaller details, the quiet improvements and preventative work that most people never notice, but prevents many common issues from happening.
All of this happened in a four day week as we were closed on Monday!
