I am the owner of Heritage Embroidery at 17601 Valley View, we do customized embroidery, as well as all types of alterations and repairs. Since 2008 I have been amazed by the wonderful residents and their stories of our neat town.
I grew up on Econtuchka road, graduated from Strother High School, going straight off to The School of the Ozarks where I graduated with a double major in Clothing/Textiles and Business with a minor in Food and Nutrition.
The past 20 years I have been very involved in the Pottawatomie Co. 4-H program, working with so many youth and leaders. I have served with the Pott. Co Free Fair being the superintendent of the Children’s Barnyard and Lamb Lead.
After attending many town council meetings, always leaving with a feeling of emptiness, watching citizens never being heard or suggestions never received. Our town deserves better, our council needs to support our citizens.
My Daddy always told me if you don’t like something; be willing to step up and make a difference. Your support on Tuesday April 4th will be greatly appreciated.
