The local Salvation Army Woman's Auxiliary has an immediate need for food, diapers and baby supplies. Please help if you can.
Dear Friends,
I have learned that The Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary in Greenville has expressed very serious needs in order to continue their care for our community’s most vulnerable residents. This in light of the COVID-19 pandemic that has dramatically increased their need for resources. Every night, 143 homeless men, women and children reside within the shelters of The Salvation Army. Every year The Salvation Army provides services to nearly 6000 of the working poor who are struggling to make ends meet. In addition to feeding the homeless residents they also provide thousands of meals each week to the community. With the current pandemic, these needs have increased exponentially.
In discussions with our SLP team I/we have determined that assisting The Salvation Army is something that our neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods could and should do. It is the time to band together and make certain that those less fortunate have their basic needs met. This is an unprecedented opportunity and something we can be very proud of.

Items needed are: Infant formula, Diapers, Non-Perishable food items ,Towels, Dish Soap, Laundry Soap, Feminine Hygiene Products, Shampoo, Hand Soap/Sanitizer, Books-Children and Adults, Razors, Shave Cream, X Long twin, bed sheets, Ink Pens, Men’s socks, Women’s underwear, Men’s underwear, Toothpaste, Toothbrushes, Women’s socks, Pillows, and Blankets.
