Hey guys! Wish you all have a Happy Dragon Boat Festival! In this festival, we usually celebrate via a dragon boat race to memorize one of our greatest poems in the history Qu Yuan! Most importantly, we tend to make Zongzi (Stick Rice Dumpling) with our family and share it with our best friends to have a taste together! Zongzi is made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings and wrapped in bamboo leaves, cooked by streaming or boiling. Common Zongzi flavors include: red bean, date, salted egg, etc. It is really soft with light bamboo scent.
