I want to know *why* you lost the sale, *why* customers keep asking the same question, and *why* you're spending money on something that doesn't work.

Sometimes you need to start with questions we're uncomfortable answering.

People blame AI for bland marketing, but deep down you know AI isn't the problem.
It's you. You're the problem.

Give it vague ideas and generic prompts, and it'll hand all of that quality right back.

Give it a distinct point of view and enough context to work with, and...well, you'll know it when you see it.

One customer review with a specific story carries more weight than twenty that say, "Great service!"

Specific details build credibility, and trust me when I say you *need* credibility.

Generic compliments might as well have been written by your mom.

Watch someone use a website you've never seen before.

They don't start at the top and work their way down the page in an orderly fashion the way you'd assume.
They scroll, obviously. That's how brains work, they're all over the place. They bounce between sections. They ignore half of what took weeks to write.

Design for how people think, not how you hope they'll think.

Nobody invents a frequently asked question. Customers write that page one email, one phone call, and one conversation at a time. Read it closely. It's one of the few places where people tell you exactly where they're getting stuck.
