Seeking a creative, highly motivated Graphic Designer to design all types of signage. The right person for the job will be well versed in the full design-to-print process, including knowing how to set up wrap panels for large format printing. Our graphic designers work directly with clients and management, so teamwork and excellent communication skills are a must. Applicants must be able to work on multiple projects at a time and switch tasks as needed to meet deadlines. Experience designing and printing signs as well is recommended. A qualified candidate should be able to step into this role with little to no training.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Design and create professional signs, sign layouts, graphics, and production ready artwork.
• Ability to handle numerous projects and deadlines at once.
• Assist production employees when needed.
• Operate and maintain large format printer and vinyl plotter.
• Complete design work, print and vinyl materials/components and completed sign projects in a timely manner based on production schedule.
• Maintain clean and organized workspace, as well as professional personal appearance.
• Adhere to safety standards.
• Help maintain a clean and organized production department.
• Be proactive about looking for and anticipating mistakes.
• Lifting rolls of vinyl and banner material (up to 50lbs)
• Loading and unloading large format printers
• Communicate with sales representatives to obtain complete and accurate information about each project.

Requirements:
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well and stay on task, whether on a team or as an individual
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines while managing multiple tasks and projects.
• Ability to take instruction while working independently.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft applications (including, but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required
• High level of proficiency with CorelDraw, Flexi Signs and/or Adobe Illustrator is required
• Working mechanical and structural knowledge of signage materials, lighting, and installation methods is preferred.
• Experience in the sign industry is preferred, but not required.
