As a screen printer I do several memorial shirts to pay tribute to lost loved ones. I feel like it's been way too many through the years...
Typically, a life cut way too short from something tragic or a sudden event, and in the chaos of mourning a loved one... a family member will come to me with an idea or design to remember them. A simple gesture in the efforts to keep them around them with something they can wear and hold onto.
Through tears they explain to me WHO that person is and how they enjoyed living their lives...What they liked doing or how these shirts will help us remember them.
I did not know all the people who I have printed for, but through these connections I feel like I get to know all of them....their family, their friends, and the support they receive to continue their legacy even after being gone.
These ones are for you Nate. 🙏❤️
These shirts are special to me. When I print these shirts in my little print shop... I reflect. Every single one of the shirts I produce are hand printed by me personally. They are not commercially printed. They come from a small print shop from my home in Stroudsburg PA.
