It’s always a pleasure meeting up with clients and seeing how their business runs. There’s just something different about being there in person, you get a real feel for the day-to-day, the people, and the pride behind what they do.
We work with a lot of window replacement companies on their marketing, and before jumping straight into strategy, I like to take the time to visit on site. It helps me understand the brand beyond just numbers and reports, what they stand for, how they operate, and what makes them unique.
