*Mitigation Tech:
Responsible to perform loss assessments, water extractions, dry-outs, demolition, documentation, technical assistance and other related services to clients in a polite, professional, efficient and thorough manner with a solution focused mindset.

*Carpenter:
Skilled at building, installing and repairing structures, proficient with power tools, able to self manage small jobs following company protocols and directives.

These would be the WISH list of skills, but if you are a hard worker, willing to learn, have a valid Drivers Liscense and Insurable DM me asap, we can teach you the how to’s if the desire and drive is there.

It’s getting colder outside and snow is just around the corner! 🥶❄️

In the real estate world, inclement weather has a tendency to increase the average time it takes for a home to sell. ⏱
