I had a customer that wanted a sign for their lake home. The gave me a picture to go from and wanted some modifications. It is for interior display is I used 3/4 inch oak mdf. The original sign had carving around the outside looking like a rope. I thought real rope gave it a unique look. This sign is 22 inch in diameter. For exterior display I would have to use different material, so it would be about 8 by 20 or so. it was a fun project.

As I make Charcuterie boards I end up the pieces of material less the 15 inches long. I collect them up to a point where I can make an unusual shape charcuterie boards. This is my 'puzzle' charcuterie board. All hard wood, finished with food grade mineral oil. They can go together in any order. We can engrave most anything in the bottom, various clipart, family names, initials, there are endless possibilities. Each cavity is about 7.5 inches square. When put together it is about 17 inches square. They are 5/8 to 7/8 inches thick, all random. No two are the same.

Just in case anyone was wondering what the black lines are below the number 1, there is a ball field next to the course. The back lines are the location of the backstop.

Here is the first of the Berrien Township Disc Golf Course signs for the holes. White is the tee pad. Green are trees. The red will normally show the flight path they feel is optimum. The black is the basic information for the hole. We have 11 of the 18 holes done.

For all of the Frenchie Bul dog lovers, here are a couple of pieces or you. I have a laser cut Frenchie with color. It is 4 layers of 1/8 Baltic plywood, then super glued together. We also mad a Frenchie candy dish. It is made with the CNC router. I used maple for this one, it is finished with food safe mineral oil.

A 'Real' cutting board. For someone looking for a massive cutting board, this is a 15 inch by 20 inch cutting board that is 1 7/8 inches thick. We put a juice line on one side and engraved the other. Makes a great back stop on a kitchen counter or by your grill. Note the engraving looks a lot better in person, hard to get a good picture. The board is solid maple.

We have made a lot of unique Christmas gifts for people this year. This is a custom Charcuterie board featuring Indian Lake with 3 pockets and 2 cups for dips. It is 22 inches long and 11.5 inches wide. Plenty big to hold vegetables, cheese, crackers, and dips.

Berrien Township is going to put in a disc golf course at one of their parks. I designed a couple of sample signs to use for the tee off positions, not even sure if I will get the business. I tried to show the tee box, basic position of the long and short hole, about where the rough is located, distance for the long and short holes, and the hole number. It will probably take a year for the course to be completed. I just thought they were interesting signs.

We have been trying some relief model carving with the CNC router. Here is a wall hanging I finished. It is carved in sassafras wood, looks a loki oak, but lighter. It sands and finishes nice. I back filled it with 2 part epoxy to cover all but the head and the back. I just used ink to color the product to make it like swamp water. Next time I think I will 'swirl' in some blue, amu give it some depth. Fun ti di anyway.
