I don’t really have a “practical” justification for this one… but I can’t stop thinking about it.

The Taylor's & Co. Fi****ms Stallion is basically a scaled-down single action—about 75% of a full-size SAA—and in .38 Special with a 3.5” barrel, it just hits that “this is cool for no good reason” category perfectly.

Is it the most efficient carry option? Not even close.
Does everything have to be? Also no.

Sometimes it’s just about carrying something that makes you smile—and that’s plenty okayest. Now I just have to actually find one..

I’ve never really hidden my gripe with the 2011 platform...the double-stack design leads to a chunky grip due to a poor use of space in the mags, and the cost has always felt hard to justify.

That said, walking the aisles at NRA, Warfighter Armory caught my attention with something that actually makes sense: a sub-$30 full-capacity 2011-style magazine.

LMF! I’m sure there is a Friday acronym you can come up with in that one, but the Lighted Modular Fore-end from Military Armament Corporation takes the a classic MP5 accessory and makes it mo’betta! LED lamp with all the lumens and candela you need… but also clears those gun kazoos!!! I suspect a run on black cordura gear and rope in the near future!
