Why I'm Against Discounts
Recently, I bought a box of chocolates for 30 euros.
Interestingly, I've never seen this manufacturer offer discounts.
How is it that I easily pay 30 euros for 9 chocolates when a similar chocolate set in the store is three times cheaper?
It's because the chocolate brand offers an additional small assortment of chocolates from their new collection to their loyal customers free of charge.
So, being a loyal customer, I get more value for my money.
And this applies to almost any business.
For most people in general, the price of a product or service isn't as important as the VALUE they receive for that price.
And you can increase that value by offering additional products or services to the customer.
That's why I say NO to discounts to all my clients.
Instead, let's think about what additional services or products you can offer to increase the value for your clients.
And ultimately, it pays off with customers who buy from the business again and again.
