Google looked at over 600 customers who completed a form and Purchased in Home Services. One of the key findings: Consumers are favoring Top-of-mind brands: For example, a customer is 34% (1.3X) more likely to fill out a lead form if they are already familiar with Brand! In case you missed it!

In order to help you stay focused on what matters most to your business, Google is making it easier to receive credit for poor quality leads with Automated Local Services Ads lead credits.

● Automatic Crediting: We're replacing the existing lead dispute process with automatic crediting. We'll now automatically credit you for leads that we identify as poor quality. This means you'll get money back faster, without ever having to file a dispute.

● More Credits Overall: While we're discontinuing credits for "job type not serviced” and "geo not serviced" leads, we’ll still credit more leads on average, overall.

● Your Feedback Matters: We want to hear from you. Please share your feedback about individual leads through the new Lead Feedback Survey in your lead inbox. We’ll do our best to send you more of the leads you want and fewer of those you don't.

● When is this happening? This should launch in July. There is no action required.
