7pm
Felt like a 3 hour shift.
Started the day with a 5am run.
Doors opened at 9am.
Emails, quotes & phone calls. Lunch @1. One hour delivery run to Harligen. Had time to think about our next move. New building is a must. Lobby is full with mountains of boxes. Production looks like a maze.
2nd production location will be the solution. We’ll be keeping this building. Hats off to our team!

The last weekend shop walkthrough of the year!
Time to reflect.
I master the art of making changes. Always adapting. Moving forward. It’s been a fun journey. New customers. New collaborations.

December Rush Month. We’re ready!
Multitasking. Emails. Quotes & Invoices. Helped with a small ENHS delivery this morning.
12 boxes went out the door yesterday, UPS delivers 12 more.
We gotta keep up the pace! Feels like a race!

Thursday 9am shop walk through.
Embroidery is killing it.
Screenprinting is my baby.
Found some areas we need to improve. Made some adjustment. Always moving forward.
10am emails and phone calls. Getting ready for Christmas school district rush orders.
Made it just in time for my first photography class at 12pm.
Spent the rest of the day reviewing new vendors. Always looking for the better equipment and materials.

This weekend I said yes to a new project. Finally!
Doesn’t feel like a job again! Time to step out of my comfort zone.
Keep growing.
My first 📸 test will be San Antonio Marathon.

Thanksgiving week!
Wednesday. Emails. Planning.
Ahead of schedule.
ZSK single head embroidery machine is down; but we got 8 heads running good. Already on the phone with Tech.
Feeling good about this last quarter. calendar giving good vibes! sales rep gave a visit now it’s time to test some new inks. Changes are always good!!!!

Been focused on new projects. Growing fast! This industry sometimes feels like chaos but i just push back and enjoy the process. So many things to learn.
New trades. New equipment. New collaborations.
Can’t remember when was the last time there was no production. We have the best customers.
