DID YOU KNOW .....

That the beautiful full-color photograph on your brochure, postcard or magazine is NOT actually printed with hundreds of different colors?

It's true. Commercial printing typically uses just 4 ink colors:
🔵 Cyan
🩷 Magenta
💛 Yellow
🖤 Black

Together, these are called CMYK.

The printer lays down tiny dots of these four inks in carefully controlled patterns and percentages. When you look at the image from a normal distance, your eyes blend those dots together—and voila! You see thousands of different colors. 🎨

Next time you pick up a printed photo, look closely. You might never see printing the same way again!
