We just want to start off and say that we appreciate all the business coming our way and we are working hard behind the scenes to make sure every order gets the attention it deserves.

That being said, we want to remind everyone that our current turnaround time for orders is 14 business days from quote approval(or in the case of online stores, 14 business days from the store's closing). There are instances when things can be turned around quicker but that also depends on our current schedule at that time.

We are currently in the midst of our busy season and while we like to help out when we can, it is not fair to our employees to drop what they are doing and rush around trying to complete a last-minute order, nor is it fair to our amazing customers who wait patiently for their own orders to be completed. If you have an upcoming deadline or need something by a specific date, be sure to get your request in early!

Also, to keep everything in one place and ensure your request or order does not get overlooked, please send all requests and messages to [email protected] or through messenger on our business page. Please DO NOT rely on calling/texting/emailing employees on their personal cells or contacting them on their personal messenger, it's easy to lose track of things when they are coming from all directions.

If we are able to squeeze you in, rush fees will be applied to your order(which must be paid in advance). We do not offer same day turnaround; all orders placed after 1pm are considered next day.

Rush Fees:
2-Day(60%)
3-Day(50%)
4-Day(40%)

We truly appreciate everyone who continues to support our business! These policies are in place to help us stay organized and keep everything running smoothly. Thank you for your support and understanding.🩷
