You'll help create custom apparel for businesses, schools, sports teams, and organizations while working alongside a fun, supportive team.

In this role, you’ll:
• Operate embroidery equipment
• Prep garments and manage production flow
• Assist with heat press, hats, and engraving
• Ensure top-quality production on every order

Location: Effingham, IL
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Compensation: $16-20 based on experience and skill set
