A BIG announcement!
Several weeks ago, I was asked about selling our building and parking lot. This wasn’t something I had been contemplating at all. I like our location and after almost 5 years here, we have gotten very comfortable here. But after some very serious contemplation and when the negotiations went a little too well… we sold our building and the parking lot! Good news is that we are staying as renters in the west part of the building! The new owners will be using the old bank area, on the east side, for their operation.
Some of you may have seen that our other company, El Dorado Cigar & Pipe, will be moving in a couple of months to a new / bigger location. This was completely unrelated to the sale of the building and has been in the works for months, but it sure is convenient now!
After the cigar store moves out, we will be moving the F5 Imprint customer entrance to 204 W. Central Ave (right next door, same building). I am currently looking for a property that would allow us to organize our layout more efficiently, for both our customers and us, but I am in no hurry. This deal allows us to stay as long as we want, but we will be condensing our space a tad.
PLEASE NOTE, there will be ZERO change or disruption to our daily operations and production, just a little awkward when we change the F5 Imprint access to the building.
