When developing the brand identity for Mom’s Place, we wanted the logo to communicate more than just a service, it needed to communicate a feeling.
Motherhood is often portrayed as a time of joy, but it can also be a season of exhaustion, overwhelm, transformation, and healing. We wanted to create a visual identity that reflected the purpose behind this practice: a safe space where mothers can come exactly as they are.
The butterfly represents the mother. Delicate yet resilient, constantly evolving through different stages of life. The hand represents the therapist, a steady, supportive presence offering guidance, care, and reassurance.
Together, they tell the story of Mom’s Place: a sanctuary where mothers can rest their wings, be supported through life’s transitions, and find the space to heal, grow, and transform.
Every element of the identity was designed to feel gentle, nurturing, and welcoming—creating a brand that reflects the same warmth and safety clients experience when they walk through the door.
