Don’t dwell

Don’t dwell on the past. There is no going back. Don’t stress about the future for it is ever changing.

But if you must dwell, then dwell on the now. Submerse yourself completely in the moment. If it’s sadness or enlightenment. Joy or defeat. It doesn’t matter, as long as you recognize it. Grow, learn and process each moment and you’ll see how the past melts away with all your fears, uncertainties, mistakes, should haves etc…. And if you must stress then stress yourself to enjoy life and to learn to love yourself. There after you will notice your future unfold before you, with all that you need and want.

If we want life to favor us. We must understand that everyone’s experience is completely unique. And more importantly we have the responsibility to choose our perception of our experience. 😉
