We are urgently seeking a few entry level Business Member Sales Representatives who will help to conceptualize and implement new sales strategies and techniques, with the goal of growing into a Team Leader/Trainer role directing and guiding a small team of reps to success. Must be confident in making strategic decisions and can't be afraid of taking on the responsibility of leading and coaching a team. In order to grow into the Team Leader/Trainer role, hitting the sales quota for 2 consecutive months will be necessary.
This is the perfect opportunity for individuals who are looking for a side-gig, or looking to supplement their income, students juggling classes, uber drivers looking for something new, and anyone looking for the flexibility of writing their own schedule and WORKING REMOTELY!
These are 100%, 1099 - Contracted Positions, where Reps write their own schedule, track their own expenses and costs, and make 40% commission; with Team Leaders making an extra 5% off of their team's success.
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
• Representatives are responsible for prospecting and generating new commercial business. This position requires cold calling, emailing, messaging, and in-person visits with commercial accounts in the field to generate new sales.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and pricing structure
• Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business
• Manage assigned book of business (existing customers)
• Manage assigned company-generated leads through to business close
• Complete scheduled and in-person prospecting activities to establish first and follow-up appointments with key decision makers
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of local businesses
• Perform other duties as assigned
Team Leader/Trainer Responsibilities:
• Oversees the daily operation and performance of the sales team.
• Generates updated sales reports.
• Facilitates mentoring programs to promote personal and professional development.
• Communicates with potential clients to establish rapport, arrange meetings, and develop a steady pipeline of new leads.
• Monitor and analyze the sales teams’ performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Sales Manager Trainee Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales and managing other sales reps.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth understanding of how to lead a high-performing sales team and collaborate with multiple departments.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Must be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
