I had the opportunity to serve as a judge for EPCC’s Red, White & Brew event, where local breweries teamed up with EPCC Culinary Arts students to create incredible food and beer pairings—all in support of the EPCC scholarship program.

Each team was judged on their food, beer pairing, and booth presentation, and I can honestly say the creativity and talent on display were amazing. It was such a fun evening filled with great flavors, community, and a shared commitment to helping students pursue their dreams.

A huge thank you to everyone who organized, participated, and made this such a memorable event. Looking forward to seeing it continue to grow!

Looking for food and a show! You need to try Canaya.33 located in the Westside. The food is delicious, they brought us some frijoles charros, loaded nachos, their loaded baked potato, the gringas, tacos, elote and made us a fresh salsa right at our table. They have some awesome shows like Gloria Trevi, Shakira, Juan Gabriel and Michael Jackson.

had their grand opening today!!! We had the opportunity to check it out last night at the creators meetup event. The sushi doesn’t just look amazing it’s delicious. They also offer fried rice, udon noodles, hibachi, and more… The place is big enough for you and your friends. They also serve cocktails 🍸 and I can tell you, you’re gonna love them.

Toastique - El Paso never misses the freshness of their ingredients, they really stands out—it’s amazing how they turn something as simple as toast into something so gourmet. We tried the smoked salmon and the 3 cheese Italian (both so good!), and the coco cloud matcha smoothie was absolutely delicious.

Flix brewhouse is in town you guys!! Yes, they are officially opening and bringing new menu items to the new locations. Today, we had a little taste of the menu items that will be available in the theater and I can tell you, you’re gonna love them. Truffle pizza, buffalo Mac and cheese, Korean bbq bowl, sandwiches, burgers and more…. Their drinks also include an espresso martini, beer and more! The foodies and other media outlets were there to celebrate with them. Thanks again for hosting us all there, great outing and looking forward to movies and food.
