winter months are hard. especially when you suffer from mental illness. it feels as if the more the temperature drops—so do you.

it is okay to not be okay. that is the mantra. it is okay to cry. it is okay to scream. it is okay to not leave your bed for however long you choose. as long as you promise to stick around to tell me about it at the end.

at the end of the day we are all humans navigating with cracks in our hearts. we are trying.

if you aren’t okay..that’s okay. let’s give tomorrow a chance.
