This event is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! The Lakeland playground is open and enjoyed by the community during off-school hours and all are welcome to buy tickets and attend this playground fundraising event.

Here's how your support will make a positive impact for our kids:

We'll use the funds raised from this event to help address immediate safety concerns and needs with licensing-compliant commercial-grade updates—playground items plus constuction and installation costs. Your support will help Lakeland's playground with immediate needs like...

• Another tire swing—a student favorite!

• Sandbox upgrades (shade, toys, benches, etc)

• Upgrades and additions to outdated structures

• Repairs to broken structures

• Age-appropriate options for PreK students

Longer term, we are looking at multiple structures needing to be replaced on our Lakeland playground in the next couple of years, and costs for single structures right now are around $20,000-$100,000+ a piece (not including construction or installation) with continued expected price increases.

There is no longer money in the bond for our Lakeland playground due to the timeline of when the bond was created and passed and when construction began (and accounting for major factors like COVID).

Overall, we hope to meet immediate needs as we're able for our students and community while looking ahead to bigger goals.

In November, we had to let our Sulley go
after almost 11 years of adventuring together.

He started our company with us and has been the most handsome face of our brand and best office manager. We are so grateful for the many lessons he taught our family.

We'll carry him in our hearts always—
especially with every walk in the woods.
