Brunch with my boys at Eggspectation was mostly a win! The gluten-free French toast and Eggs Benedict were delicious, the atmosphere was fun, and the service was great. Honest review though? The gluten-free pancakes didn’t hit the mark — so next time we’ll skip those and try something new. We ordered burgers and cheesesteaks and I truly appreciated the gluten-free buns, gluten-free hoagie rolls, and dedicated fryer, this is a great option for anyone eating gluten-free. The fries and tater tots were the standout for me, perfectly cooked with seasoning that really delivered, and the portions were generous enough that we all took leftovers home.

While the sandwiches weren’t a standout for me personally, they were solid and filling, and I would absolutely go back just for their app menu because of their fries and tots.

Stopped by P.S. & Company in Philly after a recommendation and tried their cinnamon rolls—absolutely fire. 🔥 This renowned organic, vegan, and gluten-free bakery delivers big on flavor, and the owner’s warmth made the experience even better. Today was a full day of exploring NYC — 2.5 hours there and 2.5 hours back, but worth every mile. We jumped on and off the buses, wandered through Times Square, stood in awe at the Empire State Building, and felt the stillness at the World Trade Center Pools before walking the WTC Mall. A long day, but filled with memories I’ll hold close since this was my first time to NYC with my kids.

Birthday dinner for my daughter at Steak & Main — and wow, the gluten-Free food options did not disappoint! The steaks were incredible, the sushi was unbelievable, and everyone left impressed. High-end prices, but truly worth it for the quality. Such a perfect way to celebrate her night.

We stopped by Jersey Mike’s in Newark, DE to try their subs on Udi’s Gluten-Free Bread, and they did not disappoint! 🥪 The staff was super friendly and careful about cross-contamination, slicing the meat and cheese right in front of us. The sandwiches were fresh and tasty—just a little dry, but easy to fix with more mayo next time. Definitely a great spot for anyone eating gluten-free!

Filled my freezer with locally raised beef from Sunnybrook Farm & Apiary in Elkton, MD. 🐄 My cousin and I split half a steer which was 235 pounds and processed by ClarkCo Meats in Pennsylvania, and the quality is amazing! Grilled up a tri-tip, and it was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. 😋 Supporting local farms never tasted so good.
