Happy Wildlife Conservation Day! In celebration, we thought we’d take a moment to give you some fun facts about one of our favorite animals: the moose!

1: Their hairs are hollow! The air inside provides insulation and keeps them warm in cold temperatures!

2: Their name (moose) is an Algonquin word that translates to “Eater of Twigs!”

3: The largest moose have antlers that measure 6 feet from end to end!
