I collaborate with a lot of Small Business Entrepreneurs, but getting to watch this business grow first hand, (annnnd being able to sample new cheesecake flavors all the time) has been just a joy. Freaking Delicious Cheesecake Company literally has a product that cannot miss. So, Im grateful for the opportunity to build out their new website and allow customers the option to order online anytime! This website will no-doubt help her streamline and organize production/baking processes, increase capital, and give potential customers a chance to see (and almost taste) the wide array of flavors they offer. If you need a website build, Id love to talk with you and help you achieve your goals!

When you drive by on Hwy 56, it is hard to catch some of the details in the new sign, so here is a chance to see the design up close. I've always loved a good landscape, so on this design I wanted to capture the landscape of the early years of Ellinwood. I also wanted to visually reflect the actual curve in the highway at the location of the sign. To me, the coolest thing is that the horizon line juuust happens to line up with the actual horizon, creating a nice illusion as the seasons change. I chose a vintage style font with subtle weathering and 'windy' text treatment. We decided to keep it pretty simple text wise, since again, you really only get a quick glance as you drive by. That way, the intention is, the sign provides iconography of the community more so an advertisement.

I'm honored to have been part of updating this particular piece of the community. The collaboration that occurred behind the scenes to make this happen was wonderful, resulting in a project that truly reflects our community's spirit and history.
