If you've ever wondered why we ask membership questions here's an example of the many requests we get daily by scammers. Remember, nobody is giving away free PS5's or motorcycles. Never take the bait when people are offering duct cleaning services. For every legitimate request to join this group there are just as many fake scammer requests and the reason they do this is because there are gullible people willing to part with their money by trusting people they should not be trusting. Thanks also for reporting when things don't look right to you. Scammers often don't know where our city building is or what we call St Rd 13 so we ask those questions to throw up red flags.

Just a reminder that we do not allow political posts (aside from listing voting sites at election time).
These posts always end up with heated debate and arguing, profanity and name calling.
That is the opposite of what this site was created for.
Even a post with mild political undertones instantly gets the worst in people popping out and posting.

It is time to sign up for Elwood Babe Ruth. Sign ups are Fri. 8th and Fri. 15th at the ELKS from 5 pm to 7pm each date. 75 dollars per player.
