A quick intro, since this feed has gotten a lot more active.

I'm Mary, founder of Maxima Marketing Strategies. I built this business after years of watching growing companies hit the same wall: smart leaders, talented teams, real marketing budgets, and still no one actually leading the function.

That's the work I do. Executive Marketing Leadership for businesses that have outgrown reactive marketing but aren't ready to hire a full-time CMO. Strategy, oversight, and accountability, without the in-house salary.
