Last Sunday, Novitas Communications CEO and Founder Michelle Balch Lyng attended the First Annual Black Excellence Gala hosted by the Black Democratic Legislative Caucus of Colorado at RedLine Contemporary Art Center in Denver.

It was an honor to be there representing our clients and supporting an evening centered on leadership, service, and community impact.

A special highlight of the evening was celebrating Dr. Ryan Ross, a friend and former client, who was recognized for his outstanding work and commitment to the community.

The program also featured a powerful keynote from Ms. Stephanie Bowman, along with meaningful remarks throughout the evening that emphasized empathy, accountability, and community-centered leadership.
